Homarus gammarus

Limfjord lobsters, black lobsters, are characterized by high vitality and survivability.

Limfjord lobsters are landed fresh every day during the season and come in the following sizes:

  • 400-600 gr
  • 600/800 gr
  • 800/1000 gr
  • 1000 gr+

The season is normally in the spring from April to 1 July and again in the fall from September to December.

They get their characteristic red colour when cooked. The Limfjord lobsters are packed in polyboxes with ice.
