In order to get an permission to fish, it must be proved that the mussels, oysters and water quality comply with the limits of algae provided by the authorities.<br \/>\nThe week before fishing samples of water and meat are analyzed at approved laboratories. The samples are taken before the first fishing day in every week. This process ensures that our customers are always supplied with mussels and oysters of the highest quality and food safety.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  av-animated-generic fade-in  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Immediately after landing, the mussels and shellfish are cleaned in fresh water from the fjord.
